Abstract

"FLUIDO DE PERFURAçãO DE BASE AQUOSA PARA A PERFURAçãO OU MANUTENçãO DE POçOS DE PETRóLEO OU GáS, E, PROCESSO PARA MELHORAR A ESTABILIDADE TéRMICA OU DIMUNUIR A PERDA DE FLUIDO DE UM FLUIDO AQUOSO". Descreve-se um processo para aumentar a estabilidade térmica ou diminuir a perda de fluido de fluidos contendo polissacarídeos aquosos que compreende a incorporação, nos fluidos, de uma mistura de oligossacarídeos composta de unidades de açúcar arabinose, mannose, galatose, glucose e xilose, a mistura de oligossacarídeos consistindo da porção solúvel em água de lignocelulose termicamente hidrolisada e consistindo primariamente de pentosanos e hexosanos contendo de uma a quatro unidades de açúcar combinadas. Os fluidos preferidos contém um biopolímero que aumenta a viscosidade com baixa taxa de cisalhamento dos fluidos. Os fluidos que contém polissacarídeos que conferem outras características desejáveis aos fluidos, como aumentada viscosidade em maiores taxas de cisalhamento, controle de perda de fluido, e outros, também demonstram aumentada estabilidade térmica quando da incorporação da mistura de oligossacarídeos aos mesmos.
