Abstract

"SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE PRESSãO DE RETORNO DE MúLTIPLOS TUBOS" Um sistema de controle de pressão de retorno de múltiplos tubos para a provisão de um movimento de tubo hidráulico de duas vias ao mesmo tempo que mantém um controle de pressão de retorno. As válvulas de segurança são integradas em tubos de controle de fluido hidráulico que se estendem do agulheiro para um furo de poço. Cada válvula de segurança é operada a piloto com uma pressão a partir de um outro tubo hidráulico a fim de seletivamente abrir os tubos para uma comunicação fluida de duas vias. A retirada da pressão de piloto fecha as válvulas de segurança a fim de prover um controle de pressão de retorno passivo contra eventos de furo de poço catastróficos. A operação de pressão a piloto entre múltiplos tubos pressurizados pode ser provida com válvulas, como por exemplo as válvulas pilotadas de três posições, de três vias.
