Abstract

"MéTODO PARA INDUçãO DE APOPTOSE EM CéLULAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para acionamento de apoptose, onde o gene C1D é super expresso nas células, de modo particular, em células tumorais. Isto ocorre, por exemplo, através da introdução de correspondentes constructos de expressão nas células ou através da estimulação exógena da expressão dos genes C1D da própria célula.
