Abstract

"PROCESSO DE REGULAGEM DA AERAçãO EM UMA INSTALAçãO DE TRATAMENTO BIOLóGICO DE áGUAS USADAS". Este processo é caracterizado pelo fato de que ele envolve as etapas a seguir: medir continuamente o valor do potencial de oxido-redução do meio tratado, permitindo acionar ou não os meios de aeração; durante as fases de aeração, medir a concentração de oxigênio e explorar o seu valor, juntamente com os valores do potencial de oxido-redução para: manter a aeração se a concentração de oxigênio corresponder a uma faixa de valor ideal; diminuir a aeração se a concentração de oxigênio for superior à faixa de valor ideal e, aumentar a aeração se a concentração de oxigênio for inferior à faixa de valor ideal e, realizar uma auto adaptação dos valores ideais de oxigênio comparando-se, por ocasião da transição do potencial de oxido-redução "nitrificação parcial / nitrificação total", a concentração real em oxigênio, com a faixa de valor ideal do sistema e ajustando-se o valor ideal em função da real necessidade de oxigênio do dito sistema.
