''PROCESSO DE PROTEGER UM SINAL DE áUDIO CONTRA CóPIA, PORTADOR DE INFORMAçõES, DISPOSITIVO, E, PROCESSO DE PRODUZIR UM PORTADOR DE INFORMAçõES DIGITAIS PROTEGIDO CONTRA CóPIA'' De maneira a proteger sinais de audio contra cópia, é proposto misturar o sinal de audio com pelo menos um sinal pertubador inaudível. Um primeiro sinal pertubador pode ser um sinal de baixa freq³ência que é adicionado ao sinal de audio, enquanto um segundo sinal pertubador pode ser um sinal pertubador de alta freq³ência que é multiplicado com o sinal de audio. Adicionalmente, o segundo sinal pertubador pode ser modulado por um sinal modulador compreendendo quer o sinal original quer o sinal original invertido, ou mensagens faladas indicativas de uma cópia ilegal. Adicionalmente, ou alternativamente, informações digitais podem ser protegidas contra copia pelo brevemente interromper a gravação das informações em um portador de informações. A última medida é também eficiente para proteger contra cópia software.
