Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVOS E MéTODOS ATIVOS AVANçADOS PARA ANáLISES E DIAGNóSTICOS BIOLóGICOS MOLECULARES". Métodos de fabricação e dispositivos para a realização de operações biológicas ativas utilizam várias estruturas, para, vantajosamente, coletarem e proverem materiais biológicos carregados para um arranjo de microlocais. Em uma modalidade, um dispositivo inclui eletrodos de focalização, para ajudar na direção e no transporte de materiais de um eletrodo de coleta para um arranjo. Preferencialmente, um ou mais eletrodos de transporte intermediário são utilizados, mais preferencialmente de tamanho monotonicamente decrescente entre o eletrodo de coleta e o arranjo, de modo a reduzir as não combinações de densidade de corrente. Em um outro aspecto, uma célula de fluxo é utilizada em relação a dispositivos, para prover uma contenção de uma solução que tenha materiais a serem analisados. Ainda em uma outra realização, um projeto de anel concêntrico é provido. Várias realizações de conglomerado de terminais são mostradas.
