Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SìNTESE DE POLIéSTERES DE áCIDO GRAXO DE POLIOL SUPERIOR POR TRANSESTERIFICAçãO"<D>. Um processo para a sintetização de poliésteres de ácido graxo de poliol que compreende as etapas de (1) misturar os ingredientes que compreendem (a) um primeiro poliol não esterificado que tenha grupos hidroxila (b) um segundo poliol esterificado com ácidos graxos, (c) um catalisador básico e (d) um agente de emulsificação para formar uma mistura de ingredientes; (2) por em reação a mistura de ingredientes em uma temperatura suficiente para serem obtidos produtos e subprodutos de uma mistura reacional de transesterificação; (3) remover, pelo menos uma parte dos subprodutos a partir da mistura reacional de transesterificação; e (4) aquecer de novo os produtos e ingredientes da reação de transesterificação da etapa (3) em uma temperatura e em um espaço de tempo suficientes para serem esterificados pelo menos cerca de 50% dos grupos hidroxila do primeiro poliol.
