Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCEDIMENTO PARA O ESTABELECIMENTO DA QUALIDADE DE APARELHOS MóVEIS EM UMA REDE DE TELEFONIA MóVEL"<D>. Para cada ligação em uma rede de telefonia móvel é determinado pelo menos um parâmetro de qualidade. Um Servidor (6) em uma rede de telefonia móvel (7) calcula, a partir dos parâmetros de qualidade de várias ligações de um usuário, pelo menos uma indicação de qualidade (pi) estatística assim como pelo menos um critério de qualidade (G, Gi), que depende de uma pluralidade de ligações com diversos aparelhos móveis (1). O Servidor (6) decide, a partir das indicações de qualidade emitidas, quais os aparelhos móveis (1) que não atingiram os critérios de qualidade (G,Gi) e que deve ser graduados como sendo críticos. O usuário de um aparelho móvel que não alcançar um ou vários critérios de qualidade apresentados, é informado por meio de uma mensagem na sua conta telefónica. Os parâmetros de qualidade são estabelecidos nas estações radiobase (2) da rede de telefonia móvel (7) e são coletados no Servidor (6) já citado. O procedimento também pode ser empregado para a determinação da qualidade de componentes da infraestrutura, como por exemplo de estações radiobase (2).
