Abstract

"APARELHO EM UM INFUSOR PARA UM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO LìQUIDO" A invenção refere-se a um aparelho em um infusor (1). O infusor é do tipo que inclui uma autoclave (2) com uma entrada (3) localizada na região superior para o produto que deve ser termicamente tratado, e com uma saída (7) para o produto já tratado localizada na região inferior. A entrada (3) é equipada com uma câmara distribuidora (4) que divide o produto em pequenas gotículas (20) quando o produto ingressa no interior de uma autoclave (2). O infusor (1) adicionalmente inclui uma entrada (8) para vapor que é colocada na região inferior da autoclave (2). A entrada de vapor (8) consiste substancialmente em uma abertura concêntrica (14) na superfície da caixa (10) da autoclave (2).
