Abstract

"APARELHO EM UM INFUSOR PARA UM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO LìQUIDO". A invenção se refere a um aparelho em um infusor para um produto alimentício líquido. O infusor é do tipo que inclui um vaso de pressão (1) com uma entrada (2) para o produto disposto em sua região superior e uma saída (6) para o produto localizado em sua região inferior. Na entrada de produto (2) está presente um dispositivo para dividir o produto que entra no vaso de pressão (1) em pequenas gotas. O infusor também inclui uma entrada (8) para vapor. A entrada de vapor (8) é disposta de modo que vapor entra na região superior do vaso de pressão (1) através de uma câmara de distribuição concêntrica (9). A câmara de distribuição (9) é definida pela parede (10) do vaso de pressão (1), pela placa guia (11) e por pelo menos uma placa foraminosa (12).
