The lamp retainer assembly additionally includes a fluorescent or additive coating that illuminates light, also in dark conditions, thereby facilitating the replacement of the lamp in the lens under less than desirable light conditions. The front assembly attached to the camera, which is rotatable in relation to the camera, causes the electrical coupling of a lamp and one or more batteries retained by a camera. The flashlight also includes a spare lamp, held by the lamp retainer assembly until the lamp user rotates the lamp retainer assembly to align an excess lamp opening with the excess lamp.
