Abstract

Patente de Invenção: para <B>''SISTEMA DE EXPEDIçãO PARA RECIPIENTES DE CORRESPONDêNCIA SELECIONADA E PROCESSO PARA FAZê-LO''<D>. O objetivo da presente invenção é fornecer um sistema de expedição e um processo para isto, o qual aumente significativamente a produção. Poderia ser desejável, adicionalmente, fornecer um sistema de expedição que seja capaz de manusear ambos, bandejas e cubas de diversas dimensões, bem como recipientes que são descobertos, encamisados ou cobertos com papelão. Uma solução para este objetivo é fornecida por um sistema de expedição postal (20,20'), que expede recipientes arranjados aleatoriamente (94) de correspondência selecionada para carrinhos de expedição específicos (52), que compreende: um transportador de seleção (36,36') que tem uma linha principal definida por uma superfície de transporte, uma pluralidade de garras (44,44') que se estendem a partir de dita linha de correspondência e um mecanismo desviador em cada uma das ditas garras (44,44'), que desvia seletivamente recipientes (94) a partir de dita superfície de transporte sobre uma associada de ditas garras (44, 44'); e no mínimo um mecanismo de transporte (50,50') que transporta recipientes 94 a partir de cada uma de ditas garras (44,44') até um carrinho (52) justaposto com aquela garra (44,44'). O referido objetivo é mesmo solucionado por um processo de expedir recipientes ordenados aleatoriamente (94) de correspondência selecionada para carrinho (52) que compreende: selecionar os recipientes (94) para localizações específicas, cada uma associada com um carrinho (52); e transportar recipientes (94) entre cada uma de ditas localizações específicas e o carrinho associado (52).
