Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA CURA DE RESINA CURáVEL POR ULTRAVIOLETA" Tratra-se de um processo compreende a aplicação de uma resina curável por ultravioleta a um corpo linear, passagem do corpo linear por um tubo transmissor de ultravioleta disposto em um aparelho de cura, e irradiação da resina curável por ultravioleta com radiação ultravioleta de fora do tubo de modo a curar a resina. A quantidade de materiais de embaciamento originários da resina após ultravioleta e a aderência a um tubo de quartzo são tão pequenas que a transmitância para a radiação ultravioleta não diminui durante a operação. O processo é caracterizado por uma radiação ultravioleta realizada após o revestimento da superfície interna do tubo do dióxido de titânio e enquanto mantendo a concentração de oxigênio no tubo a 0,1% ou mais.
