Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE TRANSFERêNCIA UTILIZáVEL EM UM SISTEMA DE TRATAMENTO INTRALUMINAR E MéTODO PARA INTBIR A ESTENOSE E A RESTENOSE EM UMA áREA DE UM VASO SANGUìNEO". Esta invenção é um dispositivo de transferência e conjunto de cateter (10) para a distribuição de elementos de tratamento para um local selecionado dentro das passagens intraluminares de um paciente, como parte de um sistema de irradiação intraluminar. O dispositivo de transferência (12) inclui um elemento de porta, que permite que os elementos de tratamento saiam do dispositivo de transferência (12) apenas se o cateter (14) estiver preso ao mesmo. Um indicador de pressão (56) proporciona uma indicação visual da pressão do fluido dentro do dispositivo de transferência (12), e uma válvula (56) de escape de pressão proporciona a liberação do fluido, se a pressão exceder uma pressão predeterminada.
