Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçõES ANTIESPUMANTES CONTENDO RESINAS DE PESO MOLECULAR ULTRA-ALTO"<D>. é divulgada uma composição de controle de espuma compreendendo (I) um componente siloxano líquido e (II) uma carga finamente dividida tendo sua superfície tornada hidrofóbica, caracterizada pelo fato que o componente siloxano líquido (I) possui uma viscosidade a 25°C de pelo menos 5000 mPa.s e é obtido pela mistura de (1) 100 partes em peso de um polidiorganossilaxo tendo pelo menos um grupo terminal silanol e pelo menos 40 átomos de Si, (2) 0 - 100 partes em peso de um polidiorganossiloxano tendo grupos terminais triorganossilóxi, e (3) de 0,5 a 10 partes em peso de uma resina organopolissiloxânica com peso molecular ultra-alto contendo o produto de reação copolimerizado de: (A) uma resina MQ sólida com Mw menor que 100 000, e (B) um ligante poliodiorganossilaxano substancialmente linear tendo grupos hidrolisáveis ligados a átomos de silício ou átomos de hodrogênio ligados a átomos de silício, em que os componentes (A) e (B), são copolimerizados em uma relação em peso de (A): (B) tipicamente na faixa de 5, 6: 1 a 44,5: 1.
