Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"RENOVAçãO DE UM SISTEMA DE REVESTIMENTO DE BARREIRA TéRMICA"<D>. Trata-se de um sistema de revestimento de barreira térmica (TBC) que compreende um revestimento de ligação metálico sobre uma superfície do artigo 14 e em que um TBC cerâmico externo é reparado por renovação sem remover o revestimento de ligação. O TBC cerâmico externo é removido de modo a expor um substrato do revestimento de ligação. Pelo menos uma área superficial discreta local 16, 18 da superfície do artigo 14 sujeita a degradação do revestimento de ligação é selecionada de um padrão térmico único à superfície do artigo de operação em serviço. Pelo menos um metal de renovação selecionado dentre Pt, Rh e Pd é aplicado pelo menos à área da superfície local discreta selecionada 16, 18 e aquecido para difundir o metal de renovação no substrato do revestimento de ligação. Um revestimento resistente ao ambiente selecionado de aluminetos e ligas incluindo alumínio é aplicado pelo menos à área superficial discreta 16, 18 sobre o metal de renovação. Depois disso, um TBC cerâmico externo é aplicado à superfície do artigo 14.
