Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO DE ELEMENTOS MóVEIS EM ROTAçãO, UNS EM RELAçãO AOS OUTROS"<D>. Processo de moldagem por injeção de um conjunto de mancais/aletas caracterizado pelo fato de que: - em uma primeira fase de moldagem, efetua-se a moldagem por injeção, em uma primeira impressão de um molde de bi-injeção e com o auxílio de pinos (4), das aletas (1) realizadas com eixos (3) essencialmente cónicos vazados, que apresentam uma pequena retenção e que materializam os eixos de rotação (x-x') dos elementos (1, 2) uns em relação aos outros. - desmolda-se essas aletas, - transfere-se as mesmas para uma segunda impressão do molde de bi-injeção por rotação do carro, - introduz-se, nas cavidades cónicas dos eixos (3) obtidos por ocasião da primeira fase de moldagem, pinos (5, 5') que permitem alargar as extremidades (6) dessas cavidades, de modo a obter assim uma deformação plástica permanente dos eixos (3) a esse nível, e - em uma segunda fase de moldagem, efetua-se a sobremoldagem por injeção dos mancais (2) pelo menos parcialmente em torno dos eixos vazados (3) das aletas (1) previamente alargados pelos pinos (5, 5').Invention Patent: <B> "MOLDING PROCESS FOR INJECTION OF MOVING ELEMENTS IN ROTATION, ONE IN RELATION TO OTHERS" <D>.
