Patente de Invenção: <B>"MANCAL DE APOIO E PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUçãO"<D>. Processo para a produção de um mancal de apoio, abrangendo um anel interno (1), o qual é envolto com distância radial por um anel externo (2), sendo que o anel interno (1) e o anel externo (2) são ligados por um anel intermediário (4), disposto na fenda (3) formada pela distância, feito de material elástico como borracha. O anel interno (1) e o anel externo (2) são inseridos em uma ferramenta de vulcanização com um deslocamento radial (5) que corresponde a contração condicionada pela produção, sendo que o anel intermediário (4), inclinado pelo valor do deslocamento axial (5) com relação a um plano radial imaginário (7), é vulcanizado com o anel interno (1) e o anel externo (2), sendo que o mancal de apoio vulcanizado é retirado da ferramenta de vulcanização, e sendo que o deslocamento axial (5) entre anel interno (1) e anel externo (2), por meio do anel intermediário inclinado, condicionado pela contração, é automaticamente compensado totalmente durante seu resfriamento e enrijecimento.
