Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA MONITORAR O DESEMPENHO DE TRANSMISSãO DE UMA PLURALIDADE DE PULSO <MU>SOLITON<MV> DENTRO DE UM SISTEMA DE TRANSMISSãO óPTICO". Uma concretização inclui um dispositivo de desbloqueio, um dispositivo de realimentação e um dispositivo de controle. Pulsos soliton são recebidos pelo dispositivo de desbloqueio, que detecta e monitora uma onda dispersiva entre pulsos soliton adjacentes utilizando um circuito de temporização. O circuito de temporização tipicamente fornece um sinal de desbloqueio deslocado em fase dos pulsos soliton de maneira a disparar o dispositivo de desbloqueio. O disparo do dispositivo de desbloqueio permite que a onda dispersiva seja acessada e monitorada entre pulsos soliton adjacentes.
