Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"CONSTRUçãO DE CABEçOTE DE ALUMìNIO"<D>. Apresenta-se um trocador de calor que inclui um primeiro cabeçote de alumínio extrudado espaçado e disposto essencialmente em sentido paralelo a um segundo cabeçote de alumínio extrudado. Os primeiro e segundo cabeçotes incluem uma pluralidade de passagens paralelas que se estendem atráves deles ao longo de um eixo geométrico do mesmo. As passagens são interconectadas de forma fluida ao menos por meio de um orifício perfurado transversalmente que se estende essencialmente em sentido perpendicular ao eixo geométrico longitudinal. Uma montagem de núcleo é presa entre os primeiro e segundo cabeçotes incluindo uma pluralidade de condutos fluidos e alhetas termo-radiadoras que cercam os condutos fluidos. Uma montagem de válvula de desvio se comunica de forma fluida com os cabeçotes e a montagem de núcleo enquanto proporciona uma trajetória alternativa independente. De preferência, a montagem de desvio é responsiva à temperatura e/ou pressão fluida para direcionar o fluxo de fluido tanto para dentro como para fora da montagem de núcleo do trocador de calor. Em uma forma a montagem de válvula de desvio é presa de forma fixa a um dos cabeçotes considerando que em uma segunda modalidade, a montagem de desvio de válvula seja presa de forma removível a um elemento de placa preso a um dos cabeçotes.
