''CABO COMPóSITO PARA TRANSPORTAR TANTO ENERGIA ELéTRICA COMO óPTICA''. Um cabo compósito, para distribuir energia elétrica a componentes de uma rede de fibra óptica e para transmitir sinais ópticos entre os componentes de rede fibra óptica, inclui pelo menos uma camada de condutores elétericos isolados, dispostos em relação lado-a-lado, para prover uma camada de condutores de uma espessura substancialmente igual à espessura dos condutores.
