Abstract

"MáQUINA PARA MOLDAGEM A INJEçãO E MéTODO DE PRODUZIR UMA MáQUINA PARA MOLDAGEM A INJEçãO", compreendendo uma máquina e método para moldar a injeção, onde uma quantidade de plugues ou inserções cilíndricas, cada uma tendo um duto curvo no seu interior, estão acuradamente alinhadas e montadas firmemente em aberturas cilíndricas espaçadas ao longo de um coletor de distribuição de material derretido; um pino de retenção e alinhamento, feito de uma material muito resistente, estende-se desde um furo no coletor de distribuição até um furo na inserção; o coletor de distribuição é aquecido e as inserções e pinos são resfriados antes da apropriada introdução, a fim de proporcionar um firme encaixe quando estão numa mesma temperatura, o que alinha perfeitamente os dutos das inserções; a combinação do firme encaixe das inseções nas aberturas e a resistência dos pinos é suficiente para suportar as forças traseiras do material derretido pressurizado sendo injetado através dos dutos curvos e para reter as inserções apropriadamente.
