Abstract

<MU>''CONJUNTO DE ACOPLAMENTO PARA RECIPIENTE DE GáS LIQuEFEITO DE PETRóLEO COM FIXAçãO RáPIDA, DESACOPLAMENTO AUTOMáTICO E VáLVULAS DE RETENçãO E ALìVIO''<MV>. Possui um sistema de fixação (Figura 1) de acionamento manual através de um esforço simples e único, sendo este sistema projetado para que, em função do aumento da pressão interna ocorra o desacoplamento, protegendo o restante do sistema de transmissão de gás deste aumento de pressão. Contém também uma válvula de retenção (Figura 2) para vedar o Recipiente de Aço (Botijão de Gás) quando desacoplado. A válvula de alívio (Figura 3) colocada internamente ao pino da válvula de retenção, visa liberar somente o gás excedente para que a pressão interna volte ao patamar de segurança, sendo importante em caso de acidente ou de incêndio. A pressão de regulagem da válvula de alívio é maior do que a pressão de desacoplamento automático no caso do sistema de transmissão estar em funcionamento, pois assim primeiro é liberado o acoplamento para depois ser feita a liberação pela válvula de alívio, mas menor do que a pressão máxima de teste do recipiente de aço.
