Abstract

"Patente de Invenção: <B>''PROCESSO DE REGULAGEM DA POSIçãO DE UMA CãMERA DE CONTROLE TERMOGRáFICO DE UMA SOLDADURA".<D>A invenção tem por objetivo um processo de regulagem, em relação a uma cabeça de soldagem (3), da posição da Câmera(6) de controle termográfico de uma soldadura, no qual: durante uma primeira etapa, se posiciona o feixe de soldagem (4) em referência em relação a uma fonte luminosa (11); - durante uma segunda etapa, se desloca a armação (5) suporte da cabeça de soldagem (3) e da Câmera (6), de uma distância determinada correspondente à distancia desejada, no eixo de soldagem, entre o ponto de impacto (I) do feixes de soldagem (4) sobre os discos de chapa a serem soldados e a zona de mira (18) da câmera (6) sobre esses discos; - durante uma terceira etapa, se ajusta a mira da câmera (6) para que esta vise a fonte luminosa (11); - durante uma última etapa, se trava a câmera (6) em posição. esse processo de regulagem in situ permite assegurar uma posicionamento relativo perfeito entre o ponto de impacto (I) do feixe de soldagem (4) e a zona de mira (18) da câmera (6).
