Abstract

"PLACA PRé-MOLDADA DE CONCRETO E PROCESSO PARA A SUA PREPARAçãO". Uma placa de concreto pré-moldada, tal como uma telha, ladrilho para piso, ladrilho para paredes e parede de casa de concreto, compreende no total de cerca de 0,2 % a cerca de 5 % em peso de um modificador polimérico tendo uma Tg de acima de -40°C. A porção do referido concreto que compreende não mais do que cerca de 50 % da espessura de todo o concreto que compreende não mais do que cerca de 50 % da espessura de todo o concreto que forma a placa, quando medido a face inferior da placa para a face superior da placa, inclui pelo menos cerca de 60 % em peso do referido modificador polimérico. As placas possuem um grau de resistência a cargas de flexão e resistência a cargas de impacto-impulso relativamente mais alto em comparação com placas de concreto que não incluem nenhum modificador polimérico, o que faz com que elas sejam menos sujeitas a quebra ou fratura durante sua estocagem, transferência e montagem.
