Abstract
MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA A SEPARAçãO DE PARTìCULAS DE OURO e outros materiais sedimentares contidos em argila, terras e barros, consistindo em diluir os mesmos em quantidade suficiente de água, até que as partículas se separem e possam cair sem obstáculos, dentro de um sedimentador de lâminas inclinadas com três saídas, durante um tempo necessário para que possam percorrer a distância vertical entre as lâminas, antes que a sedimentação da argila ou terra impeça sua caída. A invenção é também relacionada ao sedimentador, o qual é dotado de numerosas celas contendo espaços situados entre as lâminas em forma de paralelogramos, paralelas, retas ou ordenadas, próximas umas das outras, de modo que na área dos vértices mais altos sai líquido menos turvo, pela área dos vértices menos altos entra o líquido diluído a ser separado, pela área dos vértices mais baixos saem as partículas separáveis e pela área dos vértices menos baixos sai líquido mais turvo.
