Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE PROCESSAMENTO DE ELASTÈMERO DE ALTO PESO MOLECULAR PARA GOMA DE MASCAR"<D>. Um processo e aparelho para a fusão e processamento de um material elastomérico de alto peso molecular para uma base de goma ou produto de goma de mascar é apresentado. O material elastomérico sólido, que de preferência é o poliisobutileno, é aquecido e fundido em um material líq³ido que em seguida é transportado para um extrusor. O aparelho tem uma seção de alojamento aquecida (14) que inclui conjuntos (26) de membros de placa aquecidos dispostos em grupamentos do tipo leque. Os membros de desvio aquecidos (32A, 32B, 32C) são posicionados abaixo dos conjuntos de placas do tipo leque. Uma seção de conduto angulada aquecida (16) fica posicionada abaixo da seção de alojamento e uma seção de armazenagem aquecida (18) é presa à seção de transporte angulada. Um sistema de válvula e bomba é usado para descarregar o material elastomérico líq³ido da seção de contenção para o extrusor de base de goma ou de goma de mascar.
