Abstract

"ARTIGO ABSORVENTE INDIVIDUALMENTE ENROLADO E MéTODO E APARELHO PARA SUA PRODUçãO". Um artigo absorvente individualmente enrolado como um absorvente higiênico (20, 220) simples, compacto, higiênico e fácil de desenrolar para uso e eliminação após uso. O artigo absorvente evita a necessidade de uma tira de desprendimento separada e saco porque é dotado de um envoltório (22, 222) que pode ser dobrado em forma de saco (26, 226). Substancialmente toda a folha traseira (34, 234) do artigo absorvente (20, 220) está voltada diretamente para o envoltório (22, 222) e é fixada ao mesmo para formar um conjunto (24, 224) . No caso de um artigo absorvente do tipo com ling³eta ou aba (20), esta configuração evita a necessidade de uma tira de desprendimento separada para cobrir o adesivo da roupa localizado nas abas ou ling³etas (30, 31) . O conjunto (24, 224) é envolto dobrando as abas laterais (56, 58, 256, 258) do mesmo longitudinalmente um sobre o outro para encerrar o artigo (20, 220) para evitar que o adesivo da roupa (46, 48, 50, 246) se torne contaminado. A embalagem (25, 225) é então dobrada três vezes lateralmente para formar um saco no formato de "e" (26, 226). O enrolamento e dobramento são executados por um processo em linha que utiliza equipamento simples e que não requer inversão na direção de transporte do artigo. O dobramento é realizado por um mecanismo de dobramento triplo (308) que gira para transportar embalagens enroladas (25, 225) através de um conjunto dobrador de dobramento triplo em linha e que gira para dobrar as embalagens nos sacos no formato de "e" (26, 226).
