Abstract
"FILME MULTI-CAMADAS SELáVEL A QUENTE, BOLSA E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE BOLSAS". A presente invenção refere-se à utilização de um filme multi-camadas selável a quente para a fabricação de bolsas para conter materiais fluidos, que se apresentam em forma tubular e possuem extremidades seladas transversalmente a quente, com o mencionado filme compreendendo pelo menos uma camada compreendendo cerca de 10% em volume da estrutura geral do filme, sendo fabricado a partir de um copolímero de etileno-estireno obtido pela utilização de um processo de polimerização de catalisador de sítio único e uma ou mais das seguintes camadas: (a) pelo menos um interpolímero selecionado a partir de interpolímeros de etileno e uma ou mais <244>-olefinas C~ 3~-C~ 20~ fabricadas através de processos de polimerização utilizando catalisador de sítio único, catalisador que não seja de sítio único e misturas de tais catalisadores, bem como suas ligas, possuindo os mencionados interpolímeros densidade na faixa de cerca de 0,87 a 0,940 g/cc e um índice de fusão de cerca de 0,2 a 20 dg/minuto, compreendendo cerca de 10 a 90% em volume da estrutura total do filme; (b) pelo menos uma camada de barreira selecionada a partir de polímeros de nylon compreendendo cerca de 5 a 30% em volume da estrutura total do filme; polímeros de tereftalato de polietileno compreendendo cerca de 5 a 15% em volume da estrutura total do filme; nylon amorfo compreendendo cerca de 5 a 30% em volume da estrutura total; álcool vinil etileno compreendendo cerca de 5 a 25% em volume da estrutura total do filme; (c) pelo menos uma camada compreendendo cerca de 5 a 15% em volume da estrutura total do filme e selecionada a partir de polímero etileno vinil acetato, copolímeros de ácido etileno, ionómeros ou copolímeros de etileno funcionalizados por anidrido; e (d) pelo menos um homopolímero de etileno de alta pressão."MULTI-LAYER FILM HOT SELECTABLE, PURSE AND PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF POCKETS". The present invention relates to the use of a heat-sealable multi-layer film for the manufacture of bags to contain fluid materials, which are in tubular form and have ends transversely heat sealed, with said film comprising at least one layer comprising about 10% by volume of the general structure of the film, being manufactured from an ethylene-styrene copolymer obtained by using a single site catalyst polymerization process and one or more of the following layers: (a) at least an interpolymer selected from ethylene interpolymers and one or more <244> -C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 20 ~ olefins manufactured using polymerization processes using single site catalyst, non-single site catalyst and mixtures of such catalysts, as well as their alloys, with the aforementioned interpolymers having a density in the range of about 0.87 to 0.940 g / cc and a melting index of about from 0.2 to 20 dg / minute, comprising about 10 to 90% by volume of the total structure of the film; (b) at least one barrier layer selected from nylon polymers comprising about 5 to 30% by volume of the total film structure; polyethylene terephthalate polymers comprising about 5 to 15% by volume of the total film structure; amorphous nylon comprising about 5 to 30% by volume of the total structure; ethylene vinyl alcohol comprising about 5 to 25% by volume of the total structure of the film; (c) at least one layer comprising about 5 to 15% by volume of the total film structure and selected from ethylene vinyl acetate polymer, ethylene acid copolymers, ionomers or anhydride functionalized ethylene copolymers; and (d) at least one high pressure ethylene homopolymer.
