Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçãO DE INGREDIENTES PARA UMA BEBIDA COM O EFEITO DE AVERSãO RETARDADA"<D>. A presente invenção pertence ao campo de medicina e pode ser empregada na preparação de uma composição para diminuir os efeitos negativos causados no organismo pelo álcool etílico ou pelos produtos tóxicos de sua oxidação. Esta composição contêm ácido ascórbico e/ou os seus derivados, açúcar, sal comum, bem como um líquido de álcool-água, onde estes ingredientes são selecionados nas seguintes proporções para 1000 dal. do produto final: de 3 a 20kg de ácido ascórbico e/ou os seus derivados, de 150 a 250 kg de açúcar, de 5 a 20 kg de sal comum, o equílibrio consistindo de 20 a 40% de líquido de álcool de prova-água. Os derivados de ácido ascórbico desta composição consistem em ácido ascórbico dehidro, ascorbinatos de metal alcalino e alcalino-terroso ou etil ésteres de ácido ascórbico. Estes ésteres são selecionados do grupo compreendendo 2,6-dietil éster de ácido ascórbico, 3,6-dietil éster de ácido ascórbico, 2,3-dietil éster de ácido ascórbico e 1-etil éster de ácido ascórbico. Esta composição tem um efeito de aversão retardada e pode ser empregada para a prevenção do desenvolvimento de alcoolismo, onde a referida composição pode também ser empregada por uma pessoa para o tratamento do alcoolismo dela própria.
