Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SISTEMA ELETROCIRúRGICO PARA REDUZIR / REMOVER ACUMULAçõES DE ESCARAS EM INSTRUMENTOS ELETROCIRúRGICOS". é descrito um sistema eletrocirúrgico que aplica energia elétrica para obter um efeito cirúrgico predeterminado, concomitantemente reduzindo depósitos de escaras sobre uma superfície de trabalho de um instrumento eletrocirúrgico (4), produzindo um depósito de escaras que é facilmente removido da superfície de trabalho e/ou facilitando a remoção de depósitos de escaras durante um procedimento de limpeza. Tais benefícios podem ser obtidos provendo-se uma polarização negativa sobre a superfície de trabalho em relação a uma via de retorno (7) para a fonte (1) durante procedimentos eletrocirúrgicos e/ou durante um procedimento de limpeza, que pode incluir colocar a superfície de trabalho em contato com um líquido eletricamente condutor.
