Um processo para perfurar um poço de produção de hidrocarbonetos compreendendo as etapas de: A) perfuração de uma seção de um furo de sondagem em uma formação subterrânea; inserção de um revestimento na seção do furo de sondagem perfurado e expansão e fixação do revestimento dentro da referida seção do furo de sondagem; B) Descer uma broca de perfuração através do revestimento expandido e perfurar uma seção subseq³ente do furo de sondagem; inserir um revestimento seguinte na referida seção subseq³ente do furo de sondagem e expandir radicalmente e fixar o referido revestimento seguinte na referida seção subseq³ente do furo de sondagem; e C) repetir, se requerido, a etapa B um número de vezes até que o furo de sondagem tenha alcançado a vizinhança de uma formação contendo hidrocarbonetos."PROCESS TO DRILL AND COMPLETE A HYDROCARBON PRODUCTION WELL".
