Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE EIXO DE ACIONAMENTO E CONJUNTO DE ENGRENAGEM DE SEM-FIM PARA UM EIXO DE ACIONAMENTO", sendo que o conjunto de eixo de acionamento (10) para um veículo recebe torque de entrada de um motor (30) através de um eixo de entrada (22). O eixo de entrada (22) aciona um sem-fim (20) que, por sua vez, aciona uma engrenagem helicoidal (18). A engrenagem helicoidal inclui dentes (34) que engatam e acionam um semi-eixo (14) que, por sua vez, aciona uma roda de veículo (12). Os dentes da engrenagem helicoidal são definidos por um perfil de dente que possui dois ângulos de pressão, um em cada lado do dente. O sem-fim inclui uma rosca com um perfil de rosca que também possui dois ângulos de pressão, um em cada lado da rosca. Um dos ângulos de pressão na rosca do sem-fim é maior que o seu outro ângulo de pressão, e um dos ângulos de pressão nos dentes da engrenagem helicoidal é maior que o seu outro ângulo de pressão.
