Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CONEXãO DE ENCAIXE SEPARáVEL PARA LINHAS DE ALTA PRESSãO"<D>. A conexão de encaixe de separável para linhas de alta pressão consiste em um componente receptor (1) cilíndro com um compartimento receptor (2) central, escalonado progressivamente, e um componente de encaixe (3) tubular para introduzir no compartimento receptor (2) bem como uma mola retentora (5) separada de chapa de mola com lóbulos de mola (13) e conicamente convergentes, cujas as pontas próximas do eixo apóiam-se no componente de encaixe (3) e cujas as pontas obliquamente para o exterior encaixam elasticamente em um recuo (22) circunferencial do compartimento retentor (2), apoiando-se na parede terminal radial (23) do recuo (22) contrária direção de introdução. O componente de encaixe (3) que pode ser unido com a ponta do tubo (8) da linha de alta pressão, apresenta uma perfuração (11) correspondente para receber a ponta do tubo (8) e no lado da introdução possui um flange retentor (4) anelar, possuindo um recorte (12) trapezoidal na seção transversal, circunferencial, no qual pode ser introduzido forçosamente na ponta do tubo (8) pelo alargamento deformador da parede tubular, podendo ser preso axialmente. Além disso, a mola retentora (5) possui uma alça de braçadeira (14) central que pode ser encaixada no componente de encaixe (3) tubular diretamente do lado do flage (4). Esta conexão de encaixe pode ser montada facilmente e oferece elevada força de retenção.
