Abstract

"ESTATOR PARA UM MOTOR ELéTRICO, E, MOTOR ELéTRICO". A invenção se refere a um estator para um motor elétrico, especialmente motor de corrente contínua sem escovas, o qual apresenta um corpo de estator (9) com um número predeterminado de dentes de estator (3) para a recepção de enrolamentos de estator (W1, W2, W3, W4), sendo que o corpo de estator (9) abrange um corpo de base (10) feito de material magnetizável, o qual apresenta uma camada de isolamento pelo menos nas áreas dos dentes de estator (3), nas quais são acolhíveis ou acolhidos os enrolamentos de estator (9). De acordo com a invenção, a camada de isolamento é configurada como uma camada de plástico ligada ao corpo de base por meio de injeções de plástico, sendo que, inteiriçamente com a camada de isolamento é injetado um elemento de suporte (13) do corpo de estator (9) para contatos de conexão (15), com os quais são ligadas as extremidades dos enrolamentos.
