Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA INIBIR A CORROSãO DE METAIS EM CONTATO COM UMA SOLUçãO AQUOSA DE ALCANOLAMINA, SOLUçãO AQUOSA PARA REMOçãO DE GáS áCIDO, E, COMPOSIçãO PARA INIBIR A CORROSãO DE METAIS EM CONTATO COM UMA SOLUçãO AQUOSA DE ALCANOLAMINA". A corrosão de metais em contato com solução aquosa de alcanolamina em uma unidade de remoção de gás ácido é inibida mediante a adição de uma quantidade inibidora da corrosão de um composto de alcanomonotiol ou alcanoditiol à solução aquosa de alcanolamina. Os compostos de alcanomonotiol e alcanoditiol são úteis para inibir a corrosão de metais tanto nas partes de ricas quanto nas pobres de gás ácido da unidade de remoção de gás ácido.
