Abstract

The adsorbent material (10) can include a carbon fiber (613, 910) that absorbs the working substance when an electric current is passed through it. The carbon fiber (613) can also be positioned inside a container (600) to move the fluid in the container (600) when the carbon fiber is desorbed.
