Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE FERRO GUSA FUNDIDO E FERRO REDUZIDO PELA UTILIZAçãO DE LEITO FLUIDIFICADO, E MéTODO PARA O MESMO"<D>. Trata-se de um aparelho e método para a fabricação de ferro gusa fundido ao se usar um minério de ferro refinado. O carvão é usado para produzir o gás de redução, e o minério de ferro refinado é usado para produzir ferro fundido e ferro reduzido em uma forma simples e eficiente. O aparelho para fabricação de ferro fundido ao se usar diretamente carvão como o combustível de acordo com a presente invenção é caracterizado como se segue. Um gás redutor de alta temperatura é enviado a partir do fundidor-gaseificador (11) a um forno de calcinação de calcáreo de leito fluidificado (12) para calcinar o calcáreo. Então, o gás de redução é fornecido ao segundo forno de redução de leito fluidificado (13) de modo a fabricar um ferro fundido diretamente. Um gás de saída a partir do segundo forno de redução de leito fluidificado (13) é fornecido ao primeiro forno de leito fluidificado (14) (disposto acima do segundo forno de redução de leito fluidificado (13)) para pré-aquecer e pré-reduzir o minério de ferro refinado. O calcário calcinado e o ferro finamente reduzido são fornecidos ao fundidor-gaseificador (11) para a fabricação do ferro gusa fundido.
