Abstract

Patente de Inveção: <B>"ADESIVOS à BASE DE LIGNINA PARA A FABRICAçãO DE PRANCHA DE PARTìCULA"<D>. A invenção refere-se a uma composição de aglutinante adesiva à base de lignina para pranchas de partícula e a produtos à base de madeira similares, compreendendo uma mistura aquosa espumada de fibras e de carboidratos obtida de um processo de formação de polpa de materiais lignocelulósicos, a mistura sendo espumada para 1,1 a 10 vezes o volume da mistura líquida. A invenção também refere-se a um método de preparação de um aglutinante adesivo à base de lignina, compreendendo as etapas de provisão de lignina isolada de um processo de formação de polpa de materiais lignocelulósicos, provisão de fibras à base de plantas permanentes ou anuais ou de madeira, formação de uma suspensão aquosa da lignina e das fibras, e formação de espuma da suspensão aquosa para prover uma composição de aglutinante adesiva espumada contendo os sólidos em uma dispersão homogênea.
