<B>Emissor e Codificador óptico Quaternário e Sistema Criptográfico Quântico<D>, sendo que o Emissor e Codificador óptico Quaternário gera simultâneamente pares de fótons em combinações de estados de polarização que podem formar um conjunto quaternário de elementos ortogonais identificáveis por um sistema de coincidência de fótons. Os fótons são gerados pela Luminescência de Conversão Paramétrica Descendente num modo de interferência quântica. O feixe bombeador pode ser um feixe de laser ou de um diodo laser e a codificação é realizada por moduladores ópticos. Um único fóton de cada par de fótons é manipulado para se codificar simultâneamente cada elemento quaternário naquele par de fótons. O Sistema Criptografico Quântico, utiliza bases quaternárias geradas pelo Emissor e Codificador óptico Quaternário para comunicação segura, vinculada à impossibilidade de se clonar fótons, é de alto ganho de transmissão a nível de fótons e capaz de indicar vazamento de sinais. A detecção de sinais é pela técnica de coincidências e apresenta excelente rejeição de ruídos, além de permitir autenticação automática da transmissão. The Quantum Cryptographic System, uses quaternary bases generated by the Emitter and Quaternary Optical Encoder for secure communication, linked to the impossibility of cloning photons, is of high gain in transmission at the level of photons and capable of indicating signal leakage. Signal detection is by coincidence technique and has excellent noise rejection, in addition to allowing automatic transmission authentication. The technical sectors of the invention include quantum communication, quantum cryptography and quantum computing.
