Abstract

"MáQUINA PARA MOLDAR A INJEçãO COM JITO, MULTI-CAVIDADE, E MéTODO DE MOLDAGEM DE PRODUTOS EM CINCO CAMADAS", compreendendo máquina para moldar a injeção com jito, para moldagem de pré-formas ou outros produtos tendo duas camadas de um material de barreira, com EVOH, alternadas entre três camadas de outro material plástico térmico, como o PET. O PET é injetado por um cilindro de injeção dentro da primeira e terceiras passagens, as quais se ramificam no coletor de distribuição frontal para estender-se até um número de bicos injetores aquecidos. A primeira passagem estende-se através de um canal central em cada bico injetor aquecido e a terceira passagem estende-se através de um canal anular externo, circundando a passagem central até um jito alinhado que conduz até uma cavidade. O material de barreira é injetado, por outro cilindro de injeção, dentro de uma segunda passagem que ramifica-se no coletor de distribuição traseiro, para estender-se até um canal anular interno, que se estende entre a passagem central e o canal anular externo, em cada bico injetor aquecido. Uma válvula de controle única montada na primeira passagem, antes que a mesma se ramifique no coletor de distribuição frontal, permite um controle separado do fluxo do material derretido através de cada uma das três passagem, durante o ciclo de injeção.
