Patente de Invenção: <B>''CONTACTAçãO ELéTRICA DE UM CONDUTOR DE AQUECIMENTO.''<D>Um catalisador, aquecível eletricamente, para limpeza de gás de escape de processos de combustão, de preferência de motores de combustão interna, com uma carcaça e um suporte disposto na carcaça, de preferência com uma multiplicidade de canais que transcorrem paralelamente um em relação ao outro, atravessáveis em fluxo pelo gás de escape a ser limpo, sendo que o suporte apresenta ao menos uma camada eficaz cataliticamente com relação ao gás de escape, sendo que além disto, apresenta ao menos uma região parcial da superfície do suporte com ao menos uma camada de aquecimento por resistência, condutora de eletricidade, com regiões de conexão eleétricas, a qual é isolada eletricamente com relação ao suporte por meio de uma camada de isolamento, e com ao menos um elemento de conexão, o qual contata a camada de aquecimento por resistência nas regiões de conexão elétricas, pode ser facilmente fabricado e ser confiável na operação, quando ao menos um elemento de conexão atravessa a camada de aquecimento por resistência e a camada de isolamento bem como o suporte.
