Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>GRUPO COM MOTOR ELéTRICO E ENGRENAGEM HELICOIDAL<D>. é conhecido um grupo com uma carcaça de grupo e dentro dele um motor elétrico e uma engrenagem helicoidal e, no mínimo, um mancal axial elástico axialmente para o eixo helicoidal, na superfície carcaça de um prolongamento em forma de pescoço (24) da carcaça de grupo (20), adjacente ao motor elétrico. Fazem parte do mancal axial um disco elástico de borracha e um disco de material de mancal corrediço, o qual é instalado entre o disco elástico de borracha e uma ponta de eixo do eixo helicoidal. Em contrapartida sugere-se, fabricar um elemento de mola (34) que faz parte do mancal axial (32), de uma chapa de um material de mola, assim que este elemento de mola (34) disponha de uma zona central (36) que põe a disposição uma superfície de mancal corrediço, de línguas de mola (38) que produzem forças de mola direcionadas contra a ponta de eixo (28) e de línguas de centragem (40) partindo da zona central (36) essencialmente de maneira radiada. O elemento de mola (34) segundo esta invenção forma, por um lado, um elemento de mola elástico em direção axial do eixo helicoidal (16) e, por outro lado, com sua superfície virada contra o eixo helicoidal (16), um componente de mancal corrediço axial. Tais grupos podem ser usados, por exemplo, para o deslocamento ou movimento de componentes ou módulos em veículos automóveis como, por exemplo, vidros, bancos ou limpa pára-brisas.
