Abstract
E GáS DE EXAUSTãO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e a dispositivos para determinação automática de uma densidade celular em relação a uma superfície de uma estrutura celular (4) de um corpo alveolar (1) com múltiplos canais (3) com extremidade aberta no lado frontal (2) do corpo alveolar (1), sendo que a estrutura celular (4) é visível neste lado frontal. Uma imagem é registrada com um instrumento ótico (9) que tem uma escala conhecida ou verificável de pelo menos uma parte da estrutura celular (4), a imagem é processada e durante a elaboração da imagem um número de células é determinado por contagem das células (5) e calcula-se a densidade celular por correlação do número de células com o auxílio de escalas de imagem em relação a uma superfície. A densidade celular pode ser rapidamente determinada, e com precisão particularmente com o emprego de um processador de imagemodução podem ser rapidamente reconhecidos e deste modo pode-se economizar custos.
