Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"FECHAMENTO QUE APRESENTA INDìCIOS CONTRA ADULTERAçãO à PROVA DE VAZAMENTO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um fechamento de recipiente que apresenta indícios contra adulteração, substancialmente à prova de vazamentos, que combina um bico reutilizável, do tipo empurra-puxa, com um fechamento com evidenciação contra adulteração do tipo ruptura brusca. O fechamento tem primeiro e segundo elementos de travamento (15, 5) caracterizados pelo primeiro elemento de travamento tendo um flange para dentro com uma borda de travamento virada para cima formando uma ranhura anular (20) no flange. O bico de derramamento liberável do tipo empurra-puxa com uma abertura nele e um tampão (23) são espaçados com pernas com ângulos para cima (24) formadas integralmente com o fechamento. Integrado à periferia da segunda abertura está pelo menos um e de preferência dois flanges anulares (33). Os flanges anulares engatam e criam um contato de vedação com a superfície anular do tampão para proporcionar uma vedação que é à prova de vazamento.
