Abstract

"PROCESSO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA A PRODUçãO DE CARBONETO DE FERRO", onde o carboneto de ferro é produzido por um equipamento que compreende o primeiro reator de leito fluidizado 4 e o segundo reator de leito fluidizado 5, onde o óxido de ferro granulado carregado é reduzido e carburizado pelo gás de alta temperatura e alta pressão sendo introduzido na parte inferior do reator. Ambos os reatores de leito fluidizado compreendem a câmara 23 para a introdução do gás no reator, a placa de distribuição 27 possuindo vários bicos de introdução de gás 28, placa divisórias 26 que divide o leito fluidizado em vários recintos de divisão e a entrada de fornecimento de gás 25a, 25b dispostas na câmara 23 para o fornecimento de gás aos recintos de divisão específicos, respectivamente Cada entrada de fornecimento de gás está ligada à linha de fornecimento de gás que possui uma válvula de controle de fluxo para o controle da pressão ou a vazão do gás; com a linha de circulação do gás existe uma torre de têmpera 10a, 10b e o resfriador 12a, 12b que eliminam a poeira contida no gás de exaustão do reator, e possuem um pré-aquecedor 15a, 15b para o aquecimento do gás, onde o gás de exaustão retorna à câmara através da torre de têmpera, resfriador e pré-aquecedor; usando os equipamentos acima, um óxido de ferro granulado reage com gás e o carboneto de ferro é produzido através dos passos de; carregamento de óxido de ferro granulado a partir de uma parede lateral do reator de leito fluidizado 4, 5; reduzir e carburizar o óxido de ferro granulado sob flutuação e fluidização por gás de alta temperatura e alta pressão sendo introduzido pela parte inferior do reator; transferir o óxido de ferro granulado do recinto de divisão do lado a montante para o recinto de divisão do lado a jusante através de um espaço de comunicação localizado ou na parte superior ou inferior da placa divisória sob fluidização; descarregar o óxido de ferro produzido no recinto de divisão final.
