"DISPOSITIVO EVIDENCIADOR DE MANUSEIO INDEVIDO TRAVáVEL PARA PRENDER UM COMPONENTE DE FECHO EM SUA POSIçãO DE FECHAMENTO A UM ARTIGO". O dispositivo evidenciador de manuseio indevido travável é adequado para prender um componente de fecho em sua posição de fechamento a um artigo. O dispositivo compreende um par de braços (1, 1') que são móveis entre uma posição de abertura, na qual os braços (1, 1') podem entrar em contato com o artigo e/ou um componente de fecho, e uma posição de travamento-fechamento, na qual o desengate dos braços com relação ao artigo e/ou ao componente de fecho é impedido pelo contato de um meio de travamento cooperante. De preferência, os braços (1, 1') podem entrar em contato com uma projeção 7,7' que se estendem ou do artigo e através de uma abertura no componente de fecho ou do componente de fecho e através de uma abertura no artigo. De preferência, o meio de travamento cooperante (8, 10, 11, 12) é conduzido pelos braços (1, 1'), a ativação do meio de travamento (8, 10, 11, 12) sendo acarretada pelo movimento dos braços (1,1') até a posição de travamento-fechamento.
