Abstract

A container e.g. for paper handkerchieves comprises a resilient housing 2 having a closure 4 over an access face thereof which is divided into two portions 14, 16 by a hinge 12. One portion 14 is secured to the housing 2 and the other normally held thereagainst by one or more projections 18. By applying pressure to the secured portion 14 of the closure adjacent the hinge 12 which is preferably curved, either or both of the closure 4 and housing 2 distorts to release the free portion 16 from the projection or projections to provide access to the interior of the container. <IMAGE>
