Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PEPTìDEOS TENDO PROPRIEDADES ANTIPROLIFERATIVAS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a peptídeos antiproliferativos que são derivados de uma proteína supressora de tumor e se ligam a segmentos de fator de crescimento ou a segmentos de receptor de fator de crescimento. A invenção também se refere a ácidos nucléicos (DNAs/RNAs) que codificam estes peptídeos e ácidos nucléicos de peptídeo estruturalmente homólogos e composições farmacêuticas contendo tais peptídeos. A invenção pode ser usada em biotecnologia, biologia molecular, bioinformáticas e no diagnóstico e terapia de desordens hiperproliferativas, em particular câncer e aterosclerose.
