Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FORMAçãO DE MOLAS EM CAVIDADES". Método e aparelho para a formação de fileiras (170) de molas (16) fechadas dentro de cavidades tendo costuras laterais de sobreposição planas (172), dessa forma evitando problemas com falsa elevação em construção de colchão. O tecido é primeiro formado em um envelope 33) tendo porções de sobreposição (A, B). As porções de sobreposição são então desviadas para longe uma da outra para formar uma abertura no envelope, e molas que são comprimidas por um compressor (80) são inseridas dentro do envelope através da abertura. Seguinte a inserção das molas, as porções de sobreposição são vedadas juntas, cavidades individuais são criadas no envelope, e as molas são gritadas dentro de suas cavidades respectivas para formar uma fileira completa de molas.
